In a major tournament, the winning types dominated thanks to their cohesion and clear focus. The recreational players enjoyed the tournament despite fewer wins. The mixed team struggled not only with their opponents but also with internal conflicts, which led to defeats.
After the tournament, the mixed team realized that their lack of common direction was holding them back. They set clear goals and developed a shared vision. History shows that a common goal and clear direction are crucial for success. Without a shared vision and values, no team can survive.
