Why is it so important?
Why do we need it, and why is it so important to our success at bulbaum? To illustrate this, we'd like to tell you a little story. Enjoy:
Once upon a time, there were three soccer teams in a small village. The first team had one clear goal: to win. Their training was intense, and the strong team spirit motivated every player to give their best. They won most of their matches and earned the respect of the other teams.
The second team played for the fun of it. Their training was relaxed, and they enjoyed their time together, regardless of the outcome of the games. Although they rarely won, they always had a lot of fun and a strong sense of togetherness.
The third team was a mix of ambitious players and those just playing for fun. Different goals led to tensions and misunderstandings, which affected their team spirit and performance. In a major tournament, the winning types dominated thanks to their cohesion and clear focus. The recreational players enjoyed the tournament despite fewer wins. The mixed team struggled not only with their opponents but also with internal conflicts, which led to defeats.
After the tournament, the mixed team realized that their lack of common direction was holding them back. They set clear goals and developed a shared vision. History shows that a common goal and clear direction are crucial for success. Without a shared vision and values, no team can survive.
