Participation in the Advent calendar giveaway of bulbaum GmbH, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer, is subject to a fee and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions of participation.
Giveaway Procedure
The giveaway runs from November 1, 2025, to December 24, 2025. During this period, participants have the opportunity to purchase tickets and thus participate in the giveaway. From December 1, 2025, to December 24, 2025, daily drawings will take place.
Participation
To participate in the giveaway, the entry form must be completed in full. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the drawing. Each participant may freely choose the number of tickets they wish to purchase. Using false identities or similar manipulations is strictly prohibited. One ticket costs €1. All proceeds will be donated to the charity Kinderlachen-Eifel e.V. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants are also subscribing to the bulbaum newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by email to info@bulbaum.eu. The probability of winning depends on the total number of tickets sold.
Eligibility
Natural persons residing in Germany or Luxembourg who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required. As this is a charitable initiative, all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the prize draw, employees of the organizer, and their family members are not excluded from participation. The operator reserves the right to exclude participants if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
a) in cases of manipulation related to accessing or participating in the competition,
b) in cases of violations of these terms and conditions,
c) in cases of unfair practices, or
d) in cases of false or misleading information provided in connection with participation.
Prize, Notification, and Delivery of the Prize
Winners will be drawn daily from all valid entries between December 1st and 24th, 2025. Winners will be notified promptly by email or telephone. Prizes will be awarded exclusively to the winner or their legal representative. Exchanges, cash payments, or self-collection are not permitted. The winner is responsible for any shipping costs and additional expenses associated with claiming the prize. The winner is also responsible for any applicable taxes. If a winner does not respond within two weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be awarded to another participant.
Termination of the Sweepstakes
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular if the planned course of the sweepstakes is disrupted or prevented for technical or legal reasons.
Data Protection
Participation in the sweepstakes requires the provision of personal data. The participant warrants that the information provided (first name, last name, email address) is truthful and correct. The organizer points out that all personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and will neither be passed on to third parties nor used by them without consent. In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator's website and social media platforms. The participant may revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to info@bulbaum.eu. After revocation, all stored personal data will be deleted.

Applicable Law

Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
